• PF1 This is our earliest. 25 days before Redhaven. Most years we will start picking this peach the last week of June.

• PF 5B This peach ripens 5 days after the PF1. Twenty days before Redhaven. Approx. ripening date is 1st week of July.

• Risingstar Ripens 14 days before Redhaven. Approx. ripening date is 2nd week of July.

• Early Redhaven is a early version of the Redhaven. Ripens with Risingstar. Approx. ripening date is 2nd week of July.

• PF 9A 007 ripens right before and through the Redhaven season. This is a very nice large peach and the first of the season to be a freestone. The 007 means a large variety of peach. Approx. ripening date is 3rd week of July.

• Redhaven is the standard of what all of the others are judged by. Approx. ripening date is 4th week of July.

• Starfire ripens 5 days after Redhaven. Approx. ripening date is 1st week of August.

• Glowhaven is a large nearly round peach with very little fuzz. This peach starts off the good canning peaches. Approx. ripening date is 2nd week of August.

• Roza has a nice flavor. Approx. ripening date is the 3rd week of August.

• Coralstar is a beautiful peach with wonderful flavor. It does not brown when it is cut. This peach is really great for canning. Approx. ripening date is 2nd to the 4th week of August.

• Allstar is a great peach from the Steller series. A nice sweet juicy peach. Approx. ripening date is 3rd to the 4th week of August.

• Cresthaven is a nice peach with a nice flavor. Approx ripening date is 4th week of August.

• J.H. Hale is a large peach with a really nice flavor. Approx. ripening date is 1st week of Sept.

• PF 28 007 is a nice freestone peach. Approx. ripening date is the 2nd week of Sept.

• PF Fat Lady It’s not over until the fat lady sings. This is Paul Fridays (that is where the PF comes from) last variety of peaches and happens to be our last variety too. That’s why he named this peach the fat lady. Approx. ripening date is 3rd to the 4th week of Sept.
